How I Achieved an Excellent Degree
I look back with pride on the time I was able to spend at HSE•AG training as a commercial clerk in the M profile. In the midst of the Corona pandemic, I started my training in the E profile, but thanks to my good performance at school, I decided to change profiles and, after passing the entrance exam, I started in the M profile. Thanks to the vocational baccalaureate, I now have access to various courses of study at universities of applied sciences.
Thanks to the pandemic, online courses had to be introduced for a few months, and I had to acquire the material for the first semester of the vocational baccalaureate in these few months. I was able to successfully overcome these hurdles and return to the normality of classroom teaching after the lockdowns were relaxed.
I completed my training in the M profile with grades of 4.8 and 5.1 in the Federal Certificate of Proficiency and a grade of 5.1 in the Professional Baccalaureate. I am very grateful for the support I received from both, HSE•AG and the vocational school, without which I would not have been able to master this challenge.
My journey at HSE•AG has taken me through exciting stages:
In the first year of my apprenticeship, I was able to gain insights into the administration, purchasing and human resources departments. This helped me not only to get to know the work structure in these departments, but also to get to know the company and its employees better.
In the second year of my apprenticeship, I immersed myself in sales and marketing. Here I felt the pulse of the business world, learned how to present products, how to process data in sales and marketing, and how to convince customers of our quality. It was a dynamic and energetic time.
In the third year of my apprenticeship, I focused on project and quality management. It was a period of responsibility in which I learned how a project is structured, what steps it goes through and how to ensure our high quality standards. I also got to know the different steps in the process and became aware of their importance.
Thanks to these different stages of my training at HSE•AG, I have been able to acquire a wide range of knowledge and skills in the different areas of the mechanical, electrical and metal industries, as well as in the business environment. This valuable training has laid the foundation for my future career and fills me with great anticipation for what is to come.
