The Genome Partnership is hosting the “Advances in Genome Biology and Technology (AGBT)” conference in Orlando, FL, USA, from February 12–15, 2018.
AGBT defines itself as “the preeminent genome science and technology conference where top global researchers, leaders and innovators meet to announce new discoveries, cutting edge breakthroughs and to collaborate”.
The AGBT is an excellent forum to meet the genomics research community and to be inspired by new ideas. This important networking center enables researchers, leaders, and innovators to encounter innovative discoveries in DNA sequencing technologies and to find out about the latest experimental and analytical approaches for genomic studies.
Daytime plenary sessions with talks from invited speakers, as well as abstract-selected talks, delve into cutting-edge breakthroughs and address the latest advances in genomics research. The evening session looks at experimental and computational approaches that allow for effective use of the latest DNA sequencing technologies.
According to the agenda of AGBT 2018, renowned Professors such as Yaoqing Shen, British Columbia Cancer Agency, and GiWon Shin, Stanford University, will be giving talks and presenting their results. For more information, see the AGBT speaker list.
